During my time at IDEO, I worked with a mobility company in Germany, the UK, and the USA to plan and conduct research to drive a human-centered experience in their newest line of vehicles.


Deliver a clear overview of a mobility company’s European target customers, their mobility needs, and how these needs can be addressed through actionable design concepts.


As the main researcher on this project, I led in-home and studio interviews in Germany, the UK, and the USA to inform the design of future mobility offerings.


Our insights helped the client’s executives better understand their target customers and inspire design concepts as first alpha products.
